Keizer Front Wheel Kit includes: inner half, outer half, bolt kit, and valve stem. Front wheel centers sold separately. Fits 25-520 or 25-522 HBS Front Wheel Center.
Valve stem holes are never drilled, so you can place your valve stem on the inner or outer half. Complete wheels are not assembled.
